Lost and Found

 

A young one asked me

if I’d share my wisdom

and I said of course,

if I ever had it, and if

I could remember

where I’d put it.

 

But how do you know

that I have it, I asked,

and she answered

“Oh yes, you have it,

I can see it in your face.

 

And I said “Oh, of course

and thank you.

I remember now.

That is exactly

where I put it.
